About me
I’m Heather Catherine — a sexologist based in Lisbon, working with clients across Portugal and internationally via online sessions.
My training combines two masters degrees: Transdisciplinary Sexology from Universidade Lusófona and Clinical Sexology and Couples Therapy from Instituto Raimon Gaga. I am also trained in the Sexocorporel Method — a body-centered approach that works through movement, breathing and sensory awareness to shift patterns of desire, arousal and response. I use the intersection of these practices and combine multiple modalities to best suit your needs.
I am non-judgmental and inclusive of all sexual identities, orientations, genders and relationship styles. I also take cultural differences into account having lived in multiple countries myself. Conversations about sexuality have different meanings in different parts of the world — I work with that, not against it.
